SHOCK! More than 80% of employees do not want to return to

A Harvard Business School survey showed that more than 80% of people who worked from home during the pandemic either do not want to return to work in the office or prefer a mixed work option.

So, out of 1,500 respondents currently working remotely,

• 27% want to stay permanently remote
• 61% agree to combine work from home with visiting the office 2-3 days a week.

In addition, only 18% of respondents indicated that they want to work in the office full-time, but, according to the results of the study, most of them are married people or parents of small children. Obviously, they view office work as an opportunity to take a break from "happy" family relationships and "joyful" parenting.

And more than 50% of respondents would like to have a workplace in the office, at least 2 meters away from others.
